US STANDARD SHIPPING
US Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) is available for a flat rate of $6.00. All orders with US Standard Shipping will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class or Priority Mail.
US PRIORITY SHIPPING
US Priority Shipping (3-4 business days) is available for a flat rate of $12.00. All orders with US Priority Shipping will be shipped via USPS. Please note, any orders placed after 2pm will ship next business day. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, will not ship until the next business day - Monday.
US EXPRESS PRIORITY SHIPPING
US Express Priority Shipping (1-2 business days) is available for a flat rate of $35.00. All orders with US Express Priority Shipping will be shipped via USPS. Please note, any orders placed after 2pm will ship next business day. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, will not ship until the next business day - Monday
FREE SHIPPING
We offer complimentary shipping for all orders with a subtotal over $150.00. Free shipping applies to domestic shipping only.
Zejey is not responsible for shipping delays which are beyond its control. If your package does not arrive within the time frame specified above, please contact us with your order number via our contact form.
When your order ships, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number provided by USPS. The tracking number will have a direct link to the tracking portal, where you'll be able to see a detailed summary of your package's progress.
Please note, delivery dates are just estimates provided by the shipping carrier, and are not definitive of an actual delivery date.
We typically recommend waiting 24-48 hours for your package to turn up, as carriers sometimes prematurely alert customers of delivery. If the package does not turn up in the timeframe of 48 hours, please send an email with your order number to support@zejey.com and we will be happy to help investigate a lost package.
Returns & Exchanges
At Zejey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Any unworn or unwashed merchandise accompanied by original tags can be Returned for store credit, full refund, or Exchanged for a replacement of a different color, size, or another item of equal or lesser value within 30 days of the original order delivery.
We do offer FREE shipping on all exchanges within the USA via a prepaid shipping label.
Returns for Refund will be subject to a $6 fee deducted from the original payment for a prepaid shipping label, or you may provide your own label.
Please note: initial shipping costs are not refunded, as these funds are used to purchase the shipping label at time of initial order shipment.
To begin the return process, please reach out to our support team at support@zejey.com. Please Indicate to our team which Items you wish to return, and If you would like us to provide a prepaid shipping label for a $6 fee (Only USA orders eligible) deducted from your original payment. Once received, we will refund your original form of payment in 3-5 business days.

To begin the exchange process, please reach out to our support team at support@zejey.com. Please Indicate to our team which items you wish to exchange, and the new color and/or size you wish to exchange for. Shipping on exchanges is always FREE (Only USA orders eligible). You will be notified when you new item/s are shipped.

Any items marked “Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges” cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items are noted within the product details on a product page.
Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Products and Sizing
Wash inside out with like colors to prevent snagging. Tumble dry on low for best results.
Avoid any rough abrasion or sharp objects (brick, velcro, concrete etc.) as this can cause damage to fabric.
Our products are made to fit true to size with a modern athletic fit in mind. They may be cut slightly trimmer than other brands to give you the best look possible!
Size Charts are available on each product page. These reflect actual body measurements rather than garment measurements. If you need help with choosing a size please reach out to our support team at support@zejey.com they will be happy to assist you in finding the best size for you.

If a product is coming back in stock, simply click on the size of the product you're wanting to be notified of and a button should appear that says "notify when available." Once inventory is available, we will send an email to notify you. Otherwise, be sure to subscribe to our email list and follow us on social media. That's where you'll be the first to hear about restock notifications as well.
